Refund policy

At Italy & Co every product is made to order - printed just for you! Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Delayed delivery due to carrier issues (if shipped on time)

Please double-check our Sizing Chart, available on every product page, to ensure the best fit before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn't right, we’ll make it right. You’re eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You contact us within 30 days of purchase
  • The item is unused and in its original condition 

To start a claim, email us at ciao@italyand.co with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue (if applicable)
  • A short note about what went wrong 

When Refunds Are Issued

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for it to appear on your account. 

No Need to Return It

In most cases, we don’t require the item to be shipped back. Instead, we encourage customers to:

  • Gift it to a friend
  • Donate it locally
  • Repurpose it in a fun way! 

It’s our small way of reducing waste while keeping things hassle-free.
